Why Restore? Most people don’t see the faces behind those abortions. They are the faces of our sisters, mothers, wives, and friends or maybe even you. Women (and men) hiding in the shadows of an abortion might wear a smile on their face, but often times privately carry an incredible burden. Many struggle for years with repressed memories, guilt, shame and depression. Most women feel they are not allowed to talk about it because it was their choice. Some women fear abortion is a sin that can never be forgiven. Men, though often handle it differently, are still very much affected by abortion. They too have been silenced by the world. It is time to break the silence and bring Restoration to God’s Kingdom.
